Day 1: Chennai Arrive
at Chennai. Assistance and transfer to the hotel.
Day 2: Chennai
Proceed for a full day sightseeing of the temples in Chennai and other interesting
sights. Overnight will be in Chennai.
Day 3: Chennai -Kanchipuram
- Mahabalipuram Proceed for a full day Mahabalipuram and Kanchipuram
excursion. Overnight stay will be at Mahabalipuram.
Day 4: Mahabalipuram
- Pondicherry Enjoy the 130 km Morning drive to Pondicherry through
the Eastern Ghats. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Pondicherry

5: Pondicherry - Swami Malai 166 km Drive to Swami Malai ethnic
Village Resort visiting en-route Chidambram and Gangaikonda Cholapuram.
Day 6: Swami Malai - Tanjore - Trichy 91 km Morning drive to
Trichy visiting en-route Tanjore Temple. Arrive Trichy, check-in at the hotel.
Afternoon visit Srirangam and Rock Fort
Day 7: Trichy - Madurai
142 km Drive to Madurai and check-in at the hotel. Afternoon sightseeing
tour of Madurai
Day 8: Madurai - Rameshwaram excursion
Madurai Day at leisure - optional Day trip to visit Rameshwaram for visiting the
temple in the sea.
Day 9: Madurai - Kanya Kumari - Kovalam
285 km Morning drive to Kanya Kumari (Cape Comorin), the last end of India
where three Oceans meet. Continue to Kovalam and on arrival, stay for overnight
Day 10: Kovalam Day will be at leisure in the beach.
Day 11: Kovalam - Aleppey Backwater Cruise
Visit
the Trivandrum city and drive to Aleppey for backwater cruise. Lunch will be served
on the boat. Continue your cruise through the canals and backwaters enjoying the
Kerala village lifestyle. Dinner will also be served onboard and overnight will
be on the boat.
Day 12: Kumarokom - Periyar Enjoy
a hot breakfast and continue cruise through the villages to Kumarokom. Reach Kumarokom
and
enjoy the bird park. Drive to Periyar through the coffee and tea plantations.
Stop at the tea factory to see the process of making tea. Afternoon boat cruise
on Lake Periyar to view wildlife. Overnight will be in Periyar.
Day
13: Periyar Early morning leave for the forest trek with your private
guide. Pack your meals for the day. In the forest enjoy the various animals and
study the plants. In the evening visit the Spice Market. Overnight will be in
Periyar.
Day 14: Periyar - Munnar Proceed to Munnar
- the beautiful hill station surrounded by waterfalls, National Parks and tea
/ coffee gardens. Reach and relax at the resort.
Day 15: Munnar
Spend day trekking and visiting places around Munnar.
Day
16: Munnar - Cochin Proceed to Cochin and reach by noon. Have lunch
and in the evening proceed for the harbour cruise visiting the islands, Chinese
Fishing Nets and enjoying the Cochin City from the water.
Day 17:
Cochin Cochin Morning sightseeing tour Evening witness Kathakali
Dance Show in a Theatre.
Day 18: Cochin - Ooty 280
km Drive to Ooty and check-in at the hotel. This is one of the oldest hill stations
and famous for the lovely buildings and the Convents.
Day 19: Ooty
& Coonoor Proceed for a full day sightseeing of Ooty and Coonoor.
Day 20: Ooty - Mysore 155 km Drive to Mysore and check-in
at the hotel. Proceed for the city sightseeing tour visiting the palace and the
gardens.
Day 21: Mysore - Srirangapatnam - Mysore
Morning visit Somnathpur Temple Afternoon visit Srirangapatnam
Day
22: Mysore - Hassan 150 km Drive to Hassan and check-in at the hotel
Afternoon visit Belur and Halebid Temples.
Day 23: Hassan -
Sravanbelgola - Bangalore 186 km Drive to Bangalore visiting en-route Sravanbelgola
On arrival, check-in at the hotel.
Day 24: Bangalore - Mumbai
Transfer to airport for flight to Mumbai. Proceed for an afternoon city
sightseeing tour
Day 25: Mumbai - Departure In the
morning proceed for the ELEPHANTS CAVES TOUR and this will include the launch
ferry to the island. Spend the day and return by the afternoon. In the afternoon
spend the day visiting a film studio. Transfer to airport for onward flight with
sweet memories of India.
